In the summer of 2009 DeMarco Surfboards teamed up with Ed Searfoss of Country Surfboards to create a one of a kind shaping and glassing facility... The team designed and built the 2500 sq ft factory using mostly recycled materials in an undisclosed location deep in the north shore country. The lights were turned on and the resin was hitting the floor in just under four months. Ed Searfoss is an experienced veteran when it comes to building glassing and shaping facilities and he went all the way with this one. The collaborating efforts of so many individuals who put in countless hours of hard work to make this all happen is truly amazing.
