This model is designed to be surfed at larger more powerful breaks. Certain spots (especially Sunset) have more water moving off the reef, so a bigger board is essential to even catching the wave let alone surfing it. This board is built to handle all those conditions while still surfing like a shortboard. Recommened with a rounded pin and glass on fins.
